Due to the time difference between your country and Japan, inquiries are generally handled via email or SNS.

① Once you have made your decision, please contact us via SNS or email.

② Please fill in all required information and submit your inquiry.

③ Please wait for a reply email from our representative.
　　If you do not receive a reply within 3 days of sending your email, please resend it.

④ We will send a reminder email the day before your reservation date. Due to time differences and the possibility of some guests being in transit by plane, please check your email regularly.

⑤ We will meet you at the airport or your designated location.
