Japan Tokyo Pet Taxi commenced operations on February 15, 2026.
We launched our pet taxi service, Smile, in 2013 and have served 6,000 customers over the past 12 years.

Our customers are not limited to Japan; we have clients in 14 countries worldwide.
Moving forward, we aim to provide services that allow people not only in Japan but around the world to experience Japan's wonderful aspects and inspire them to think, “I want to come back to Japan again.”

The start of this endeavor is Japan Tokyo Pet Taxi.
We will strive to provide services tailored to each individual's needs.
And, step by step, we will move forward, aiming to create a peaceful world filled with smiles for both humans and animals.
